SCHOLARSHIPS THAT REQUIRE A NOMINATION:

Students who wish to be nominated for a particular scholarship must submit the following to Mrs. Pashigian by the posted deadline:

1. A resume for each of the scholarship you wish to be considered for

2. Complete and return the required application/essay (if applicable)

The Student Recognition Committee will consider the qualifications/eligibility of all the students who wish to be nominated and make the final selection.

–   Scholarship Name: Columbia Foundation – Karen and Howard Carolan

Amount: $1,000

Eligibility Requirements: Have participated in the Howard County Youth Program.

–   Scholarship Name: Columbia Foundation – Robert J. Gaw Memorial

Scholarship

Amount: $1,000

Eligibility Requirements: 3.0 GPA through grade 11; 3.0 first semester of 12th grade.

Eligibility Requirements: 3.0 GPA through grade 11; 3.0 first semester of 12th grade.

Amount: $1,000

Eligibility Requirements: 3.0 GPA through first semester of 12th grade; interested in

studying math, physical sciences, or engineering at a four-year college or university

Amount: $1,000

Eligibility Requirements: 3.0 GPA through grade 11 and first semester of 12th

grade; interested in studying agriculture, animal husbandry and/or a field related to farming

Eligibility Requirements: Howard County resident who has played SAC/HC

travel or recreational team during one or more of hi/her high school years
